1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering or using any service provided by mrluck through the official website at mrluck.one, you hereby agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated in this document. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mrluck as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the mrluck service. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the Terms and Conditions is published will be considered acceptance of those changes.
2. Member Eligibility and Account Registration
mrluck services are only open to individuals aged 21 and above. Every individual who registers an account with mrluck hereby confirms that they have reached the minimum age limit set and are not subject to any legal restriction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. mrluck reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad) or related documents for account verification (KYC) purposes.
- Each player is only permitted one (1) active account.
- An account is personal and may not be transferred or shared with any other party.
- You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
- mrluck must be notified immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Opening multiple accounts may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.
mrluck reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts without providing a reason, particularly if there is doubt regarding the accuracy of the information provided.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
mrluck supports a variety of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.
The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals will be processed in under 1 hour subject to successful identity verification.
Every withdrawal request is subject to a review of compliance with the relevant wagering requirements. If an account is found to have suspicious activity, mrluck reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until an internal investigation is completed.
- Withdrawal funds will be credited to the same e-wallet or banking account used for the deposit.
- mrluck does not charge any fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions.
- All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) except for cryptocurrency payments.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
mrluck offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to the terms and wagering requirements set specifically for that promotion.
Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200, bringing the account balance to RM300 with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 15 = RM3,000. For a deposit of RM1,000, the bonus is RM888, bringing the balance to RM1,888 with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.
- The wagering requirement must be met in full before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
- mrluck reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through means that violate the promotion terms.
- The expiry date of a bonus will be stated in the terms of each promotion launched.
The mrluck VIP Programme consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — offering weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, 0.7% and 1.0% respectively. Eligibility for tier upgrades is determined based on playing activity and the fulfilment of internal criteria set by mrluck.
5. Game Rules
All games offered on the mrluck platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, 4D lottery and roulette, follow the rules and procedures set by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.
In the event of any dispute regarding game results, mrluck server records will serve as the final reference. Decisions given by the game system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure.
- Any confirmed technical disruption during a game session will be resolved fairly in accordance with mrluck's internal policy.
- mrluck is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's internet connection being disconnected.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension
mrluck operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, system abuse and activities that undermine the integrity of the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Use of bot software, automation tools or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in games.
- Collusion between players to cheat in live casino games or poker.
- Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Money laundering or use of funds from unlawful sources through the mrluck platform.
- Threats, harassment or inappropriate language directed at support staff or other players.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt or compromise the integrity of mrluck's systems and infrastructure.
Violation of any of the above provisions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any existing account balance and a report to the relevant authorities where necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability
mrluck is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform's services. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond mrluck's control.
This platform is provided "as-is" and mrluck makes no implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service at any time. Players use this platform at their own risk and must gamble responsibly.
8. Amendments to Terms
mrluck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the official mrluck.one website.
Players are advised to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any recent changes. The date of the last amendment will always be displayed at the top of this document.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to mrluck's licensed entity under its international licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through the official channels established by the relevant licensing regulator.
If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reinterpreted in accordance with its original intent, and the remaining provisions of this document will continue in full force and effect.
